Modifying server startup options can be useful if you want to change the behaviour of your game server or if you need to troubleshoot issues with the server.
The Elevated Game Panel provides an easy way to modify certain server startup options through pre-defined variables that can't be modified in a config file, and are made available to you. In this article, we will explain how to modify server startup options using the Elevated Game Panel.
1: Log in to the Elevated Game Panel
2: Navigate to the server management page
Once you have logged in to the Elevated Game Panel, you will see a list of servers that you have access to. Click on the server that you want to modify the startup options for.
3: Modify the startup options
On the server management page, you will see a navigation menu on the top or left-hand side. Click on the Startup option.
On the startup page, you will see a list of variables that you can modify.
For example, to change the server name, you can modify the Server Name variable. Enter the name that you want to give your server in the box next to "Server Name". This will change the server hostname that appears in the game browser.
Or to set a server password, you can modify the Server Password variable. Enter the password you want to set in the box next to "Server Password". This will require players to enter the password in order to join the server.
Once you have made the necessary changes to the variables, they will automatically save.
4: Applying Changes
Finally, you may need to restart the server in order for the changes to take effect. You can do this by clicking on the Restart power button on the Console page.

Please note that the variables available for modification are pre-defined by Elevated Servers for security reasons, and are the only server startup options that can be modified through the panel.
